The sleek, modern bathroom includes a shower enclosure, vanity with storage and a towel rack for added convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in the prestigious South Kensington neighbourhood of London, one of the city's most desirable areas. Known for its elegant architecture, peaceful streets and village-like atmosphere, South Kensington is home to world-renowned attractions such as the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Kensington Gardens. Guests can also enjoy an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, boutiques and local shops, all within easy reach.

The apartment is conveniently located near Gloucester Road Tube Station, just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines. This makes exploring London and reaching key destinations such as Heathrow Airport and the West End straightforward and convenient.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
