This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The winter balcony provides stunning panoramic views of London and the opportunity to see Wembley Arch and fireworks on occasion.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, and an oven. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Brentford is a suburban town located in West London. Situated along the banks of the River Thames, Brentford offers a mix of historical charm and modern amenities. Known for its picturesque waterfront and green spaces, it is a place where residents and visitors can enjoy leisurely walks by the river and explore local parks, including the famous Kew Royal Botanical Gardens. With its proximity to London, Brentford provides a convenient residential area for those seeking a balance between city life and a more relaxed suburban atmosphere, making it an attractive destination for individuals and families alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Brentford, is just a 10-minute walk.

It is a 5-minute bus ride to the district line at Gunnersbury and the Piccadilly line at South Ealing.

Heathrow Airport is about a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
