To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Set in the vibrant Whitechapel area, this neighbourhood is diverse, lively and full of character. You’ll find local cafés, restaurants and shops within walking distance, with Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Spitalfields close by for markets, nightlife and culture. It’s an energetic part of London with everything you need nearby.

Superbly located near Whitechapel Station, giving access to the Elizabeth line, District and Hammersmith & City lines, plus Overground services. Numerous buses run along Whitechapel Road and Commercial Road, and Liverpool Street is just a short journey away, making travel across London fast and easy.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
