Beautiful property. Great Management company

Had a fantastic time at this property. Very clean, nicely designed rooms and fantastic showers. Warning there are very few drawers for putting clothes but location, amenities and Management company made up for that. Kitchen was stocked with tea, sugar and some staples which really came in handy. We had a few minor issues but the management company was very quick to respond which was fantastic. We will stay here next time we come to London.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage und top Sauberkeit :-)

Wir waren Ende Juli 2024 (1Woche) das erste mal in London (4 Erw. und zwei Kinder 5+12 Jahre). Wir haben lange nach einer Ferienwohnung gesucht mit drei Schlafzimmern. Das war sehr schwer bzw. haben andere nicht 2 Bäder gehabt. Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns so positiv beeindruckt. Die Bilder sind NICHT gestellt, sondern tatsächlich so. Drei Schlafzimmer, 2 vollausgestattete Bäder (mit Fön - wenn es auch nicht in der Beschreibung steht). In der Küche fehlt es an nichts: Herd, Mirkowelle, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefriereschrank, Kaffeemaschine (mit Filter oder Tabs). Auch fürs Kochen (Salz / Pfeffer/Öl etc.) ist vorhanden, WC Papier, selbst Kaffeepulver u.v.m. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit TV (wenig deutsch aber alles dabei youtube, disney channel etc.) ausgestattet, Couch, großer Sessel und bei Bedarf können 6 Personen an einem ausziehbaren Tisch Frühstücken etc. Für uns 6 Personen komplett ausreichend, nicht zu eng und jeder kann sich mal zurück ziehen. Es gibt zwei Schlüssel und man kann in die WG mit Lift fahren oder Treppe steigen. Alles sehr gepflegt in der WG und im Haus. Jetzt zwei kleine ABERS: Die Fenster müssten vielleicht mit ihren Schlössern erneuert werden, so gehen diese sonst nicht auf uns es wird warm (wenn die Sonne rein scheint). Bzgl. der Baustelle hatten wir hinterm Haus kein Problem: Die Baurabeiter haben nicht vor 8 Uhr begonnen und waren gegen 16 Uhr weg. Lärmbedingt hat es uns nicht gestört. Ist absolut zentral, TOP!

Great Location But Massive Construction

First, I would like to say that we really enjoyed the location in Vauxhall. The location was incredibly convenient to the Vauxhall tube stop. It was also incredibly convenient to Westminster. Walking everywhere was fantastic and easy. The check-in process was a little contentious because I was calling the management company as we were on route from London Heathrow. And, they managed to send someone out with keys to the property that morning and let me know that we can check in. We were a little stressed. I sincerely wish that the VRBO listing mention the fact that there was massive construction going on right behind the property. While we normally get up early and go, construction started around 6 AM and there was banging and clanging throughout the entire day as a large building was going up and being constructed right behind us. There was a massive amount of Construction noise and Construction/building dust to deal with. The third guestroom bed was also not in the best of shape. Thankfully, only one person needed to sleep on this bed, but half of the bed was collapsed. My mother was able to sleep on the opposite side of the bed where it was not collapsed, but I wish more care was taken with the property to ensure that it was in good condition. On the whole, I really appreciated the fact that the entire family could stay in this flat, it was incredibly affordable, and it was in a fantastic location.
