Fabulous 3 Bed 2 Bath Westminster near Victoria Station, central London

This exception apartment is ideal for those looking to be close to everything.
Located at the rear of the building with 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom there's plenty of space to relax in this quiet, well equipped apartment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and share the family bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for dining and preparing meals. There is a generous dining area which is next to the spacious lounge area with plenty of space to relax and catch up at the end of a busy day or watch your favourite programs on the smart TV. There is also a balcony to sit out and enjoy your breakfast or an aperitif.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the transport hub of Victoria and close to the heart of Pimlico, with a great selection of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. In addition to local shops, including several boutique and specialist retailers, the popular shopping destinations of Kensington High Street (Harrods), Oxford Street (Sefridges), Westfield and Bicester are easy to get to.

Many of London's iconic sights are within a 15-20 minute walk and others can easily be reached using the bus, tube and underground services from Victoria. There are also river boat services from the nearby piers at Westminster/London Eye and Circus West (Nine Elms). Many out of town tours depart from Victoria coach station.

The area has a village feel, is safe and surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

Lovely flat on 3rd floor
This cleanness, quiet, and tastefully furnished flat was perfect for my husband and myself and our two adult children. Victoria Station was close by and we took advantage of the Underground as well as the Oxford tube. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance too! Rodney and Liz were both responsive. The combo washer/dryer unit takes a LONG time for one cycle and is so noisy that they ask you not to start laundry after 1700. Not a big deal, but it meant we did just one load during our week-long stay. I would recommend this flat!

Great location for getting around
We loved our stay here and will come back. The location is so close to Mayfair, Chelsea, Sloane Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben. For a family with teens it is ideal because my daughter and son could have their own small rooms and share their own bathroom and we didn’t have to break the bank for that. Not quite as nice as the photos, furniture not very comfortable and lacking in towels so expect you may have to wash them during your stay. If you are not looking for a posh apartment to lounge around in but expect to be reasonably comfortable and get out and about, then this is a great place at a fair price. Construction was going on next door so loud but we were out during the day anyway. Don’t expect too much from the air conditioning in master bedroom and living room only. However, windows and patio door opens (looks broken if you don’t know how to use it so ask how to do it properly when you check in). Property management team are reasonable and we paid the 30 pounds for an early check in (only an hour or so early). Good communication, easy access to apartment, easy to hail a taxi, uber or walk to victoria station, which gets you everywhere. Walking to many of the key sights is very easy too if you prefer to walk. Everything you may need you can get close by. Really comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Overall a great find and we look forward to going back!

Great modern flat right in central London near Victoria Station
We had a great stay at Rodney‘s Flat. The location was convenient. It was a modern apartment and had everything we needed. The only reason we gave it four stars on the neighborhood was because there was very loud construction going on and especially on the first day that we got there and we were Adjusting to the time zone. The construction was very loud. Other than that the place was fantastic, and as advertised.

As stated, location is great for exploring London, by foot or train/bus/subway, or plenty of taxis available. Apartment was clean, roomy for 5 (2 bathrooms a plus); nice amenities; A/C. Unit is exactly as pictured. Would use this location again. Able to walk to multiple theatres.

Family trip to London
Our family had a great experience staying at this 3 bedroom flat for 1 week while exploring London and the surrounding area. We made breakfast in the apartment each morning which saved us time. Everything in the kitchen was clean and in working order. Sainsbury's grocery store was only 3 minutes away. Although the coffee maker is a French press which made a mess trying to clean it each day. Luckily there are plenty of coffee shops right outside the door. The beds were comfortable, the A/C unit worked well, the bathrooms were clean, there was no noise from neighbors or the street below, the showers had nice pressure (although the showerheads could use replacement or a deep scrubbing), WiFi was fast, and the television was easy to use. The patio door was broken but there was construction in the courtyard and the patio wasn't very clean so no reason to open the door anyway. The construction noise didn't start super early and wasn't a problem. Having the washer/dryer to do a few loads was very convenient since we ended up wearing our favorite layers of clothing all week. Rodney was very helpful with any questions we had and the check-in process was easy. The location is perfect for using the tube, rail, or buses. Bus 24 is a great place to start to see the city as it takes you through Victoria to Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Soho, and Camden Town to Hampstead Heath. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome flat in a great location
We had a great time staying at Rodney's place. It was clean, well-appointed and in an amazing location. Rodney was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The location is super convenient--- close to the tube and bus lines. Lots of restaurants, coffee places, a grocery store and cute shops. I would definitely recommend Rodney's flat.

London Getaway
The property was perfect. Everything was as described if not better. Very spacious. Nice size bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed but note we didn’t cook. Plenty of good restaurants offering a variety of cuisines nearby and a large grocery store. Very walkable to many popular attractions and shows and the underground was less than a block away from the apartment. Easy check-in (for extra you can arrive whenever you want). Victoria Station was also a block away. Highly recommend.
