Summary:
This modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area of London, just a 10 minutes walk from King’s Cross St.Pancras Station! Being so close to this major transport link makes exploring the city incredibly easy, with the choice of 6 different Underground Lines, and several bus routes. Having 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open plan kitchen/living space makes this place the perfect city pad for up to 4 guests to enjoy what London has to offer!

The Space:
This contemporary and stylish 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in London, with great transport links right on your doorstep. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, L-shaped sofa and smart TV. There are large glass doors that open out on to the balcony that runs the length of the property - the perfect spot for a morning coffee, or evening glass of wine! There are 2 spacious double bedrooms featuring beds made up with crisp hotel linen and ample storage space for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower over bath, with clean fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is conveniently located between Angel and King's cross, with great transport links in either direction. Angel Station is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the surrounding area is also home to a great array of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the 02 Academy Islington. 10 minutes walk in the other direction takes you to King's Cross Station, with access to several Underground Lines as well as National Rail services linking the rest of the UK. There is also the nearby Coal Drops Yard, a recently redeveloped area set on the Canal, home to high end shops and a choice of bars and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Angel Station is Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and King's Cross Station 10 minutes in the other direction - Between them they are serviced by a number of different underground lines, offering easy access to all areas of London. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Overall a decent apartment. About a 10min walk to the tube. The rug in the living room needs cleaned or replaced and was noticeably dirty. The beds are super soft and unsupportive. Same goes for the pillows if you can even call them that. They were also extremely thin and unsupportive as well. There is a pullout couch in the living room/kitchen but when we pulled it out it was dirty and did not have bed linen. I'm assuming this is why they don't advertise this.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful. We really loved having the balcony to get some fresh air. The location was convenient to both the Angel and Kings Cross tube stations. It was especially nice to be so close to the Islington neighborhood. Our only issue was that the washer/dryer unit did not work properly. Thank you for bringing extra towels when the unit broke down, but it would have been nice to have the washer/dryer fixed during our stay,

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There's even a Tesco grocery on the ground floor of the building! Laundry machine in the apartment was put to good use. And the building has a lift, so no lugging your bags up the stairs. The location is close to King's Cross and the bus stops very close by. Lots of restaurants in the area as well.

Location ok, however the appartment is not very clean and needs an update of the furniture. The couch is not clean, as well as the chairs. Could use an update.Beds are really good. Under the appartement in a Tesco. That's nice.

The flat was in a great location. Accessible by tube, train and bus. Clean, couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer. Overall great stay.

Great stay in a wonderful flat. Great location just short walks away from tube stations and Kings Cross train station. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Check in was easy. The flat itself is very well equipped and laid out. (Although some paper towels would have been appreciated.). There’s plenty of room for 2-4 people. The only issue was that communication with the owners/managers. The thermostat went out midway through the visit and it was never fixed despite numerous requests. Consequently, the apartment because unbearably hot. Only two radiator could be controlled individually, which wasn’t enough to get the temp down. In the big scene of things, it’s not a dealbreaker, but I spent a lot for a one-week stay and this issue should have been addressed promptly. I would still recommend this flat.

Nur eine Busstation oder kurzen Spaziergang von King's Cross oder Angel entfernt, kleiner Tesco Supermarkt unten im Haus mit frischen Croissants , sehr unkompliziertes Einchecken, jederzeit die Möglichkeit Kontakt aufzunehmen/ schnelle Antwort, beide Schlafzimmer separat über einen Flur zu erreichen, auschecken unkompliziert Inventar könnte etwas aufgeführt werden: nur 2Teelöffel und zwei Esslöffel, kein Geschirrhandtuch, Spülmaschine entweder defekt oder wir haben etwas falsch bedient: es war immer noch Butter an den Messern... Insgesamt empfehlenswert und preislich angemessen!

Wonderful check in and helpful host. Great location close to Covent Garden and the theatre district. Very clean and perfect for a couple of two friends. Sofa bed was. Try comfortable and main bedroom was very comfortable too. Highly recommend

This is a quiet third level apartment 10mins walk from Kings Cross or Angel Islington. What the photos don't show is that there is a number of maintenance items, each minor but in total irritating. The washer/drier washes but doesn't dry. The bath can't be used as the plug system is broken (in fact the basin and sink plugs are also missing). The shower cintrols work but need adjustment.The bathroom has a non-opening window which needs to be repaired. Yet it is comfortably furnished, with good wifi and tv; a fully supplied kitchen, and good security. The manager sent advance emails which were helpful but did not explain that meeting us at the apartment meant ringing the outside call button on the street - we could not access the apartment three floors up. Overall it met our needs and was fairly priced.
