The Space:

Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasant and memorable stay in London. We created it to feel like a true home away from home.



The flat is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.



The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable, giving you a relaxing space to return to after a long day exploring London. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, while central London is around 15 minutes away, giving you the best of both worlds.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio has a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress.

For an additional guest, there is a convertible chair/sofa that can be used as a single sofa bed. It has a 3-level adjustable backrest, making it suitable for sitting or sleeping.

High-quality linen and towels are provided.

Living & dining area



You will find a nice-sized rounded dining table with two comfortable designer chairs, as well as a 40-inch TV with Netflix.



Kitchen

The kitchen is a perfect size for two people and is equipped with brand-new appliances for a convenient, home-like experience.

It includes oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, hand blender, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.



Parking

Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Please request it in advance.



House rules

No parties, events, or loud music are allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

We love hosting and always want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while visiting London.



Guest Access:

We use a keyless entry system for check-in, more detailed information regarding the process will be sent to you upon booking your stay.

Alternatively, physical keys can be arranged for lockbox collection upon request.



Important reminder: NO Lift



Other Things to Note:

Airport pick-up and drop-off are available for an additional fee.



No pets are allowed. We have a strict no-pet policy.



No parties or events. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door and value a peaceful environment, so we kindly ask guests to respect this rule.



No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat.



No illegal activities. Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.



Registered guests only. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who made the booking must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Please respect the space. We kindly ask all guests to treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



Washer and dryer. The washer/dryer is communal and located on the first floor of the building. There are designated hours when it cannot be used, which are clearly displayed on the door.



Bed sheets and towels. We professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. Please note that we do not iron our sheets.



Recycling. We recycle and use refillable products for shower gels, cleaning products, and other items. We kindly ask guests to help us recycle during their stay.



Mid-stay cleaning. Stays longer than 12 days require an additional mid-stay cleaning at £55.



Stays longer than 30 days require two additional mid-stay cleanings.



Last-minute bookings. For last-minute bookings, check-in starts at 5 PM. Depending on availability, the property may already be ready from 3 PM.
