The Space:

Welcome to this spacious 130 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, ideally located on Montagu Street in the heart of Marylebone. Professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in and relax straight away.



Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed | Bedroom 2: 1 double bed | Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The apartment has two en-suite bathrooms — one with a shower and one with a full bath — plus a separate WC in the hallway.



The living area is a wonderful space to unwind, featuring a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. Individual electric radiators provide heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — keys collected at a nearby location. If arriving after 7:00 PM and you need someone to meet you, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late arrival fees apply: 7:00-9:59 PM £50 | 10:00 PM-12:59 AM £90 | after 1:00 AM £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Damage deposit: A refundable deposit of £800 is required before arrival, processed via a third-party provider (Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire) and returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.

Max guests: 6 (including children and infants).

Smoking: Non-smoking throughout.

Events: Not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Marylebone is one of central London’s most elegant and liveable neighbourhoods, characterised by beautiful Georgian terraces, excellent independent restaurants, and a village-like atmosphere despite its central location. Marylebone High Street is one of London’s best shopping streets, and the neighbourhood has a superb selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and delis. Baker Street, Bond Street, and Oxford Circus underground stations are all nearby, giving excellent connections across the city.

Marble Arch (Central Line), Edgware Road (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City), Marylebone Station (Bakerloo Line + National Rail)

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
