This charming and unique flat in the heart of Hackney offers a blend of modern and retro design, set across two floors. With a prime location right on the canal’s edge, you’ll enjoy stunning views and the lively atmosphere of Broadway Market, all while being tucked away in a serene and private setting within a gated complex.

Inside, the flat boasts three comfortable and cosy bedrooms, each with its distinct colour theme. The sleeping arrangements include two double-sized beds and one king-sized bed, making it ideal for four adults or a family with up to three children. The bright and airy bathroom is a delightful space, featuring cheerful yellow accents, a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, a heated towel rail, and mirrored cabinets for all your essentials.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the stylish living area, complete with a plush blue sofa and matching ottoman, blending modern comfort with retro charm. The kitchen is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic design elements, featuring a retro-style Smeg fridge and contemporary appliances. Hackney is one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods, offering endless things to do and see. Broadway Market, just steps from your door, is a true gem with its unique atmosphere, bustling market days, and an array of shops, eateries, and businesses. You can explore the local culinary scene with a variety of options, from the Japanese delights at Okko and Koya to the Belgian brews at The Dove Pub. The Cat & Mutton, Franco Manca, and L’ Eau à la Bouche deli are just a few more of the many dining spots you can enjoy nearby. For your organic needs, Planet Organic and several other organic stores are within easy reach, along with fashion boutiques, Haeckels, Aesop, and Donlon Bookstore.

The surrounding area also offers plenty of cultural and recreational activities. Although there are plenty of bus stops around the property, Cambridge Heath station is the nearest transport link for the train, offering easy access to the rest of London on the Overground Line. Slightly further but still within walking distance is Bethnal Green station, which is on the Central line, connecting you effortlessly to other key areas of the city. Whether you’re heading to Shoreditch, only 20 minute walk (or a few stops on the bus!) for its trendy hotels, clubs, and fashion stores, or exploring the bustling Central London, getting around is convenient and straightforward.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
