Our check in process is contactless, this means that all pre check in processes are completed prior to arrival at the property. On our easy to use application, we offer an easy 3 step process which will enable us to verify and send your arrival details (which includes your access codes or key activation) thereafter. This information is sent to you via email and sms. We have taken into consideration your housekeeping concerns and can agree it is unacceptable. We will feedback it to the team to rectify.
