The flat is newly renovated with a new kitchen with concrete effect cabinets, a comfortable Scandi style sitting area and even a pretty private terrace on which to enjoy morning (Monmouth) coffee.

The apartment is located in one of the best central areas: Seven dials, Neils yard just a few steps away, amazing coffee shops/bars/pubs and the most famous theatres all within a 10 minutes walk.

• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• Due to the building regulations toward visitors, you are announced as personal guests of your host.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

• Please note all beds are UK king size (not US king size).
