Property Details:

This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a sink, electric kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, stove, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You'll also find complete sets of dishes, cutlery, crockery, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For your convenience, the flat includes a washing machine and drying rack, along with an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom.



The bedrooms face the street and are each furnished with two double beds and high-quality mattresses. You'll be provided with professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases, along with bath towels for every guest.

The flat features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. The first is an en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom, while the second is accessible from the hallway. For your convenience, the bathroom includes a hair dryer and complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to get you started.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Marylebone Village is one of central London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, loved by both locals and visitors for its charm and vibrant atmosphere. The area is renowned for its excellent restaurants, boutiques, cafés, and well-known spots such as the Chiltern Firehouse and Paddington Street Gardens.

Oxford Street, one of London’s premier shopping destinations, is only minutes away, making this flat the perfect choice for anyone visiting the city for a shopping spree or looking for a great central base to start their London adventure. The property is also just a short walk from the iconic Sherlock Holmes Museum and the world-famous Wallace Collection, home to some of Europe’s finest artworks. Both Hyde Park and Regent’s Park are within walking distance and offer beautiful green spaces to relax under the London sun. With frequent events and activities, they are wonderful places to enjoy fresh air and unwind.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a £50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a £90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - £120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Tuvimos un problema con una ducha de uno de los cuartos de baño porque estaba roto el mando de la temperatura. El agua salía hirviendo y no podíamos bajar la temperatura. Pedimos ayuda para que vinieran a repararlo, pero no vino nadie. Nos amenazaron que si enviaban a alguien y no estaba estropeado, nos cobrarían del depósito. Hemos pedido una compensación económica por no poder utilizar una se las duchas, y estamos esperando respuesta. Justo escogimos este apartamento porque disponía de dos duchas, pero no pudimos utilizarlas

Very clean, bright, spacious and quiet apartment in a fantastic location for restaurants, boutiques and walking to sites. The kitchen was well-appointed, there was little noise from neighbors or the street, and it was overall a lovely place to come home to after visiting London!

Flat v clean. Dining table surface a state. Dated/ugly curtains dangled in places. Stains on curtains & carpets. Coffeemaker & stovetop did not work.Kettle leaked.No heat & chilly in late Sept.Key claim at shop was too far to walk w/baggage (have to pay taxi extra to stop to retrieve & return key). No fault of the property, but the man at the shop was exceedingly rude. Said “no” and ignored me after he entered the incorrect code in his app thing! I waited for 4 other customers to be served, then asked him to check the code again.The code I had was correct. He made no apology; just handed me the keys w/a grunt.(A nice guy was there when we returned the key) Mildew smell in the building lobby.Several light bulbs out. Ceiling lights dated. Bathroom lights motion-activated w/bright fluorescents—have to close your eyes & grope the walls if you wake up to pee! One shower tap was too tight to turn on; the other had a slippy shower head that couldn’t be raised.I don’t like not knowing until after I’ve booked that the owner is an enigma & you will only message w/a mgmt team, not really “Paul”. The team is v responsive but it’s impersonal compared to VRBO places I’ve stayed. Payment was made via a 3rd party who charged in Euros (?!).I’ve not seen my deposit back 13 days after checkout! BUT the location is stellar: cafes, shops on High St Marylebone, plenty to do! The flat is v. affordable for central London and v quiet—not on a busy road, as long as you can ignore its shortcomings!

Great location and apartment was clean. Check-in was frustrating as you have to go to a different location to pick up keys. Apartment was very hot even when it was quite cool outside. Management could have been more helpful in getting to apartment early to air it out as they knew we had a small baby with us.
