The Space:

As you pass through the secure shared courtyard gate, you’ll find your own little garden area on the left before stepping inside the flat. Once you enter, there’s a welcoming hallway where you can leave your coats and shoes. Immediately to your right, you’ll find a sleek, dark-toned bathroom with a modern shower and all the essentials.



As you walk down the corridor, you’ll discover the bedroom straight ahead, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a boutique hotel-suite atmosphere that feels warm, elegant, and indulgent. An electric blackout blind ensures total darkness for a restful night’s sleep. Even though the apartment is in the lively heart of Shepherd’s Bush, the road itself is wonderfully quiet, and most mornings, the only sound you’ll hear is the gentle chirping of birds, a detail the owner truly appreciates.



Then, as you turn into the main living area, you’ll step into a spacious, light-filled room with a beautifully carved fireplace and refined, country-house-inspired furnishings. The standout built-in banquette seating catches your eye first, adding both character and comfort. A 55-inch Samsung Smart TV sits opposite, perfect for relaxed evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen, designed in an industrial style with black and wood tones, has everything you need to cook at home.



If you wish to explore the neighbourhood and its wonderful local restaurants and bars, you’ll have access to the owner’s personal little black book of favourite spots.



For those visiting on business, the apartment is equipped with fast, reliable fibre-optic broadband.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time. The flat is just a few minutes’ walk from the tube station, making it super easy to reach.



Getting Around:

The apartment is set in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush in West London, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Westfield is just a few minutes’ walk away, and White City House at the Television Centre is around ten minutes on foot. Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road are reachable in about 30 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride, while green spaces such as Hyde Park are only a quick tube or bus journey away. Central hotspots like Oxford Street, Covent Garden, and London’s Southbank attractions (London Eye, Aquarium, Dungeons) are all easily accessible.



Transport connections are excellent: Shepherd’s Bush Market (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) is a 3-minute walk from the end of the road, and Shepherd’s Bush station on the Central Line is around 10 minutes away. Numerous bus routes serve the area, and Hammersmith station for the Piccadilly and District lines is about a 20-minute walk. If you prefer Uber, cars arrive within minutes.
