They first put us in a room where there was no ventilation and where we could hear all the flushes of other guest's bathrooms. Additionally, you have to cross the street to go eat the breakfast (which is not very nice when it's freezing outside) and when you arrive, you have to wait for a table because sometimes they are all full. There was always something missing at the breakfast, even though there was still one hour left for the ending time, they would already run out of things. There is a waitress who serves you crepes or croissants if you ask, but we needed to rely on her good will.We asked for a croissant and she said they ran out of them, Afterwards, we saw her serving croissants for another table. Then, we asked for a crepe and she asked if we really wanted it, since that we would have to wait for 15 minutes. We said it was no problem, but after almost half an hour, nothing of our crepe yet and we realized she did not even asked for it in the kitchen. In conclusion, it seemed that they wanted to count each piece of food you could (or could not) eat at breakfast. Each little detail led to a bad stay. To be nice, I'd grade 1 out of 10 for this hotel. Would not come back for sure.

Vantagens: It was close to the train station

Localização: The location (Ilford) is in a ¨not so peaceful or nice¨ neighbourhood. We did not feel very safe walking in the surroundings.
