- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- No parties, events, social gatherings, or unauthorized guests
- Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm

Lift information:
The building lift is currently out of service due to scheduled maintenance. Building management expects repairs to be completed by June 2026. Until then, the apartment is accessible by stairs.
