The new build is lovely. Bright and clean with a large backyard and an arcade for the not-so-nice days. We are a group of older ladies that have been renting places at the beach in Port Stanley and Grand Bend for 36 years! This was one of the nicer ones! Since we come from four different cities, parking was not a problem because we could (if more than 2 vehicles) park on the street. The site describes walking distances to different places in Port, but for some of us, walking would take much longer, or not able to at all, lol! With a taxi that would take us anywhere in town for $7, it was not an issue! The only problem for us was the height of the beds--they're very high and we're too old to jump, lol, but that's probably an age thing. We had tickets to the Halloween party at the Legion for the Saturday night, and because there wasn't anyone coming in directly after us, we requested and got an extra hour to stay on the Sunday, which we really appreciated!
