3 Bedroom Apartment near Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath

Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom apartment located within 10 minute to London's two nicest parks. Great transport links get you into the city centre quickly. Beautiful spacious and light maisonette across 2 floors with 1 bathroom and 1 under stairs toilet.
2 normal sized bedrooms and one half bedroom with bunk bed / loft bed. There’s the potential to sleep a large family. There’s a fold out double bed in living room and a fold out single in bunk bed room. The living room / dining room / kitchen is big and leads out onto a big garden.


The Space:

It has a big living room, kitchen dining area to create space for a large family or group. This is the highlight of the property. It has a big skylight, large sliding doors and windows which creates lovely natural light and gives the sensation of connectedness to the large green garden which boasts lovely tress including a mature Cherry Blossom, Jasmine, Gingko amongst others. The apartment has a big marble kitchen island with 2 sinks and a large American style fridge / freezer. It has a beautiful extending dining table to allow for up to 8-10 guests. The entire property has underfloor heating and is very well insulated keeping it cool in the summer and warm in winters.

There are 2 bedrooms that could sleep couples and a kingsize mezzanine / bunk bed which has 1 metre from the mattress to the ceiling above so there should be no risk of banging your head. It's comfortable and cosy with nice in built reading lights and headboard but I'd suggest it's better for kids and young adults.
I only have one big bathroom which has a stand alone stone bath and separate shower and double sink vanity unit. There's a second toilet under the stairs off the kitchen area.

There's a fold out single bed from the brand Loaf which doubles as a coffee table. This can be arranged under the mezzanine bed to have a single in that room. There's another fold out double mattress from the same brand Loaf which can be arranged either in the living room or in the master bedroom.

Guest access:

The apartment has its own private entrance on the lower ground floor.

The entire apartment and garden belongs to the guests for the duration of their stay.

Truly a gem in great NW4 location

Beautifully curated space with everything you could need. Roland is the easiest of hosts and went over and above to accomodate all our needs. Communication gets a top score as he responds immediately. Fantastic location with easy access to Primrose Hill, Camden and Hampstead Heath and so many transport options.Cannot recommend more highly.

Great Stay in Hempstead Heath

Our group of six (age 27 - 69), enjoyed our stay at Roland’s North-side London flat. The home was beautiful and as advertised. Roland was extremely helpful as he assisted with planning our trip by providing tube, train, and bus travel options which allowed to arrive and travel efficiently. Those who were new to London had the time of their lives. Roland checked in with us during our stay to make certain all went well. He is truly customer-centric! Thanks for all of your help, Roland. We will miss your lovely home.

Fab stay with family

The flat is even lovelier in person - the balcony especially was a highlight! The location was ideal with Camden Town, Primrose Park and Hampstead Heath all within walking distance and at the same time we could get to central London quickly by bus or tube. Our host couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Travelled with my family visiting from abroad and would definitely book again in future!

Girls' Getaway Retreat

This VRBO turned out to be the perfect fit for our mother-and-daughters trip to London to celebrate recent college graduations. The neighborhood was nice, and the central location made it easy to visit various tourist attractions and shopping markets nearby. Our host, Roland, was very kind and offered us great suggestions for local restaurants and places to see. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment in the city, with a very nice kitchen, living room, and outside views. We would stay there again.

Great experience from start to finish. An excellent and accommodating host Roland whose home it is. Perfect communication with great advice on local area. Location was spot on for any activities around Camden or Primrose Hill, which are short walks away. Busses stop outside with direct access to Kings Cross.

Fabulous family accommodation

Roland was an amazing and very thoughtful host. We were a large group of seven including our five month old grandson and our stay was over the Christmas period. Roland had provided a beautifully decorated tree for us and a very comfortable portable cot for our grandson as well as a festive hamper from Fortnum & Mason to welcome us. The accommodation provided large bedrooms and had two bathrooms which worked well and the kitchen was well equipped and in particular the large double oven which made cooking Christmas lunch a breeze. The location had a large array of convenient grocery shops, the underground station was close and both Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath were in easy walking distance and beautiful spots for rambling . Overall this accommodation and our fabulous host made our stay in London easy and very enjoyable.

Perfect location and authentic London flat

Roland, the property owner, was a delight to work with. We had all the amenities we could ask for and then some at our disposal (even a wood oven for pizzas) and simply not enough time to enjoy given our fast pace site seeing! Located near funky and fun Camden market (a must see!) and Primrose garden and super accessible to the underground to get anywhere. Would love to come back and stay again!

Great place

Roland was an amazing host! So nice to be in touch with the actual owner and not a rental company. He went above and beyond for us. The location is also really handy - we could hop on a bus right outside the door or a tube within a 10 min. walk. The house was lovely - very comfortable (there are stairs, FYI). Great vacation - thank you Roland!
