The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy atmosphere, a smart television for entertainment, a balcony to enjoy fresh air, a comfortable sofa, and an inviting armchair. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making your stay effortlessly convenient.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
