Mayfair Centre 3-Bed 6-Guest Art Nouveau Flat in 1729 Private House

Sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms & a fold-out double sofa bed, located on the second floor of a private house.

One of the oldest houses in the very centre of Mayfair, just off Berkeley Square, dating to 1729 — the best location for exploring central London on foot. Built by Thomas Cubitt — the builder of Buckingham Palace.

The master bedroom has a UK King size bed and plenty of wardrobe storage. The second bedroom has a UK Double size bed. A UK Double fold-out sofa is in the bright and spacious reception room set with a work space and with a separate dining area. A fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances is fit for major meal preparations. It also has an integrated washing machine/dryer. The bathroom is set with a bath & shower.

You have a full use of the apartment with all its amenities and the kitchen.

Early Check-in: when possible, we can take your luggage earlier or offer you an earlier check-in. Please note, we will charge a flat £50 fee for this, because it changes our normal schedule and our housekeeper needs to bring extra help in order to prepare the apartment faster.

This is a little gem tucked in the perfect location of Mayfair. The owners are delightful, and they have decorated their flats with fun, eclectic antiques. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for a meal, and the furniture and beds are welcoming and comfortable. We are already planning our next stay!

Jacob was welcoming, helpful and responsive. The flat is in an ideal neighborhood – safe, quiet, and walkable to high end shopping and lots of dining. There are a couple flights of stairs to climb but our host was kind enough to help us with our luggage. It was very well appointed – espresso maker, plush towels, even universal chargers! It felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Thank you so much!

Perfection!

This property was exactly as described! It was cute, charming, and music themed to give it an added touch. The owners were thoughtful and communicated throughout. They even gave us suggestions of places to eat nearby. We stayed for a concert in Hyde Park and it was the perfect distance for a short walk home. Location is also close to many tubes.
My girls loved being able to stretch out and stay in their own room.

Mayfair beauty!

Our family of 4 loved staying at this perfectly located flat in Mayfair. Our 13 year old slept on the couch, which gave us room to spread out. We didn’t spend much time inside and the location can’t be beat for exploring London! Thank you to Jacob for his amazing communication, recommendations and making sure our time in London was enjoyable.

Beautiful and centrally located

We really enjoyed our stay in Mayfair. We were able to walk and/or train everywhere. It was really nice to have breakfast and coffee at our own pace. The kitchen had everything we needed and grocery stores were very close by. The apartment was warm, clean, comfortable - very welcoming at the end of long days.

A Gem In The Heart of Mayfair!

This property is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Elizabeth Line. It is surrounded by great restaurants and retail. The flat provided ample space and had every item that we could ever need. It was comfortable and stylish. The hosts were responsive, helpful and went above and beyond providing neighbourhood information and great recommendations. I would book this property again.

Great location!

This flat is in a great location, walking distance to so many of London's attractions. It's also extremely easy to grab a cab or uber from the locations. Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby too! The flat itself is clean and well furnished. We had a wonderful visit here!

Lovely apartment

My husband, daughter, and I stayed one week in this charming flat. The neighborhood is fantastic, and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Very much appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the apartment for travelers – including some toiletries, coffee, and spare adapters. The host was even kind enough to accommodate my luggage prior to check in, as I had an early flight from the US. Would definitely stay here again – thank you, Jacob!

Home from home comfort in a great location

The host was amazingly helpful! He was responsive to my many questions, and open to my somewhat needy requests. The property was clean, comfortable and charming. It is furnished to be someone's home and we were encouraged to treat it as our own. We particularly enjoyed looking at the music art in the living room, which brought back many happy memories. The location just can't be beaten. It's just minutes from some amazing restaurants, and extremely central for sightseeing. I will absolutely rent it again.

Location, location, location

This was such a wonderful find! The flat is very clean and comfortable and in an amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere from it - Hyde park, Buckingham palace, Westminster Abby... everywhere. Such a quiet, upscale location. Could not be happier with this find. Amazing flat!

Jacob's flat is a perfect place to stay when visiting London. The location cannot be beat! Inside the flat, the decorations are homey and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the home is incredibly clean. Jacob allowed us to check in early in the morning, which made all the difference with the time change. Would highly recommend this VRBO.
