The space itself was decent, and the location was close to the underground, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, the positives ended there.From check-in, things were off — the address provided was incorrect, and the door color didn’t match the instructions, which caused confusion. The bathroom sink was clogged on arrival and took a full day to fix after multiple messages. The next day, the toilet clogged and wasn’t repaired until the day before checkout, meaning we had only one functioning bathroom for five of our seven nights. Water pressure was so poor that we couldn’t shower in both bathrooms at the same time.Communication with the host was slow and unhelpful. Most of my updates came from a person named Ralph in the message chat, who repeatedly said they were “working on it” but took days to resolve each problem. At one point, they even said they were working on compensation, but nothing ever happened. After the toilet issue, the host stopped responding entirely, and I’m now waiting on Vrbo to resolve my claim.This is a huge company managing hundreds of properties, and it felt like I was just a lost room in a giant hotel — impersonal, with no sense of accountability. If you value responsive communication and a property that delivers on what’s promised, I’d look elsewhere.
