The 90 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two pull-out sofas (each 140 cm wide, for 2 people each), a sofa bed in the hallway (149 cm wide), a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. You also have access to a private sauna located beneath the apartment, available for use for an extra fee. The private outdoor area includes a garden, covered terrace, seating, two sun loungers, and a barbecue.



The 400 m² fenced garden is ideal for dogs. The property is about a 45-minute drive from the Baltic Sea. Nestled in the tranquil Peene Valley, also known as the "Amazon of the North," this location is perfect for nature lovers who enjoy peaceful walks and quiet river views.



Please note, the apartment is accessible via 12 steps. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to five pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property offers homemade products and has storage for motorcycles and bicycles. You will be informed about waste separation guidelines on site. Energy-saving lighting is provided, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
