Vacation home by the pond

The approximately 40 square meters large house is quiet and only 1000 meters away from the ideal surf and kite beach, in a romantic little village pond. For nature lovers there are many opportunities for walks and cycling through the adjacent nature reserve. Water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions on the Greifswalder Bodden for fishing, sailing, surfing and kiting. On the grounds of the nearby holiday and leisure park there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a playground and a surf and kite school. The central location between the islands of Rügen and Usedom is an ideal base for exploring the region. Numerous excursion destinations are worth the visit: the watermill in Hanshagen, the monastery ruins in Eldena, the maritime museum in Stralsund, the submarine museum in Peenemünde or the port of Freest (fresh fish!). Children's hearts beat faster in the Gristow Nature Experience Park (pony riding, petting zoo, traffic garden). And those who want to spend their holidays shopping can do so in the old Hanseatic city of Greifswald, which is well worth seeing. The nearby beach can be reached in a 3-minute walk. The shallow water is ideal for children and non-swimmers and 2 ° C warmer than the free Baltic Sea. Extensive beach walks along the lagoon landscape to Ludwigsburg or Lubmin are attractive in every season. Watching the sunset from the bluff in the evening is an experience for the senses.

Cottage by the pond:
Enjoy peace and relaxation in our beautiful holiday home in Loissin, in the district of Gahlkow. The house has a living / dining room with a fitted kitchen. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed / guest bed. In the living area is available if needed, an additional sleeping possibility on the couch. Washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV are also available. To relax there is a beautiful sun terrace and lawn. The property is completely fenced. For a pet, an additional 5 euros per day will be charged. On request, a linen package for 15 euros per person can be rented.
