Inside the open-plan living space is furnished with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a small dining table for four. The kitchenette is well equipped with a cooker hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and Moka coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The air-conditioned master bedroom, located upstairs, is furnished with a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV. This room also has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is situated in a gallery space above the kitchenette and is furnished with 2 single beds.

Location

The picturesque village of Porto San Paolo is situated within a Marine Protected Area where the sea is famous for its turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara dominates the landscape. The village gravitates around its small marina, where the ferries depart to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Here visitors will find many boutiques, restaurants and bars.

The nearby beaches are great places for snorkelling and diving and the area offers a fascinating fusion of beautiful little bays and diverse landscapes for hikers. There are also many sporting activities available nearby from surfing and diving to horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
