"We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. "Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"

"Ein ganz toller Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Im ganzen Haus steckt viel Liebe zum Detail und ganz viel Charakter kombiniert mit Modernem. Klare Empfehlung! "Prachtig hotel met voortreffelijke eigen restaurant. Prima prijs/kwaliteit. Wij hadden een standaard kamer en een familiekamer geboekt (totaal7 personen); bij aankomst hebben wij zonder ernaar te vragen een upgrade gehad van de standaard kamer naar een comfort kamer en van de familiekamer naar de suite!!! Wij hebben tevens gegeten in het restaurant: lekker eten, snelle bediening en interessante prijs. Ook op het onbijt was niets aan te merken. Tevens ruime pakeermogelijkheid aan het hotel zelf....

"It was a pretty rough check in as there is no staff available at night. The Check ‘n charged me for nine vehicles when I only had one and the after hours phone number was disconnected. However, in the morning, the staff fixed it and the staff for the rest of the days were just amazing. I greatly appreciate every single one of them. It made my stay nice there. Thank you."

De gerechten zijn zeer s.akelijk bereid. De kaart biedt een ruime keuze. Het ontbijt in het hotel is uitgebreid en lekker met de beste verse producten. Tijdens ons verblijf bood de parking voldoende plaats, doch het kan krap worden als er veel gasten zijn."
