"Amazing, very cozy hotel in absolut mint condition. Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). The staff is awesome, very welcoming and serviceminded. Although the breakfast ain’t the biggest one in sortiments it’s of the highest quality and plenty enough. "

"An interesting historic villa in the very center of town. The single room is small but comfortable and clean, with small balcony and a beautiful sea view. Special praise goes to the staff — they are exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and always ready to help."

"Milena e suo marito sono dei padroni di casa sorridenti e molto carini! L' appartamento al secondo piano con a fianco un altro ha tutto quanto si possa richiedere. Lavatrice, terrazzo dove si può anche pranzare e nel nostro caso visto il periodo anche il riscaldamento. Ubicato in un quartiere residenziale molto silenzioso. Per arrivare in centro servono 5 minuti in macchina. Valuteremo un ritorno in questa struttura per l'estate!"

Room and common areas cleaned. Breakfast was fabulous: Various and quality. The staff was cordial. The park should be free for guests and the beds should not be twin to the rate paid in this hotel"

"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!"
