We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need for cooking, including pots, pans, knives, and chopping boards. Plus, there are plenty of spoons, forks, glasses, and plates for more than 16 guests so that you can entertain effortlessly.

Dining #2: Our welcoming dining room is conveniently located on our home’s main level next to the kitchen and living room.

Bedroom 1: This is our spacious and bright master bedroom. Located on the second floor, it has a king-sized bed, with a luxurious California King mattress, offering a truly indulgent sleep experience. It has a full bathroom, closet, 75-inch TV with internet access, Netflix, and indulge in the Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is the only one on the main floor. It has a big 50-inch TV with internet and Netflix, a handy closet, and a window for sunlight. It's perfect for guests who don't want to go upstairs and need extra convenience.

Bedrooms 3, 4, & 5: These bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. Each features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a 50-inch TV with internet access and Netflix, a convenient closet, and a huge window for natural light.

Full Bathroom 1: This full bathroom is located on the second floor of the home, inside the master’s bedroom.

Full Bathroom 2: This full bathroom is located on the second floor.

Full Bathroom 3: This full bathroom is located on the main level of the home.

This house has 5 bedrooms, each comfortably sleeping 2 people, for a total of 10 guests.

However, for intimate gatherings with friends and family, we allow up to 30 guests, as they are simply there to celebrate, eat, and connect.

If more than 10 people (maximum of 30 people) are in the house, whether they stay overnight or not, there's an extra charge of $25 per person, per night.

For example, if you want to book for 3 days from June 10 until June 12, and your extra guests want to stay for the whole duration of 3 days, you will need to pay $25 per person, per night for all 3 days.

In special situations, such as if they are only in the house for June 10 for a celebration, the $25 per person fee only applies for that day. You should message us first for the correct total amount.

Additionally, there's a $50 additional fee for each pet, up to a maximum of 3 pets only.

One space in the garage doesn't provide access for guests as it houses the homeowner's car. The driveway can accommodate two cars, and there is also free parking available on the street.

And the hot tub is ready for use.
