Spacious, modern studio located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood, just 7 minutes from downtown Loganville, GA.
This fully furnished and equipped in-law suite occupies the basement of a mid-size single-family home and features a private side entrance leading to a large concrete patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery and the occasional visit from local wildlife.

Windows overlook the backyard and neighboring land, where you may spot horses and goats grazing on the neighbors' land. Inside, you'll find a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a generous closet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchenette. A smart TV is also provided.

Utilities, including power, water, gas, and Wi-Fi, are included in the rent, along with a final cleaning fee (tenants are responsible for maintaining the rental property clean and tidy. *Housekeeping service is available upon request).
Ideal for one or two occupants.

The entire basement suite is at your disposition. No shared space with the homeowners. Private entrance and designated parking.

This is our family home, and we have 2 younger children (4.5 & 6 years old), who you will occasionally hear after school hours and on the weekends.

While we have two outdoor cats who do not enter the rental space, one is particularly friendly and may stop by to say hello.

Minimum 28-day stay. Please reach out to us before booking if you're planning on a 2+ month stay. VRBO doesn't have a month-to-month payment option, but there is a way around it.
