The Birds Nest Villa is your perfect park model villa choice if you want a spacious living room and huge kitchen during your stay at Pine Creek Villas. Bed sheets, towels, and basic cook-wear are included in all villa stays. This amazing vacation getaway is loaded with perks that you wont find at your traditional Hocking Hills cabin. The Birds Nest Vacation Villa comes with a Full kitchen with an island sink, a Full bathroom with a sliding door shower, an Electric Fireplace, 3 Flat Screen Tvs, Surround Sound, a 4 Person Dining Table, a Leather Recliner, a Leather Sofa, Privacy Blinds on all windows, Air conditioning/ Heat, a full sized Pull out Couch, Sliding Glass Doors that open onto a relaxing patio with outside disco lighting, Access to our Pine Creek Beach, and Exclusive Access to the Lounge Deck : Perfect for patries and get togethers!

This villa has an upstairs and a main floor bedroom!
The upstairs bedroom is perfect for your younger ones and a cool place to sleep for adults too! With two twin beds, a separate thermostat. and a flat screen tv, what more could you ask for?!

The main floor bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, flat screen tv, and spacious closets!

The pullout couch is just as comfortable as the queen bed! All beds are equipped with Serta mattresses! Including the pullout couch!!

We have a Hiking trail of our own leading back to our exclusive recess cave on the property! You will have access to All Pine Creek Villas amenities such as Pine Creek, our pond with a water slide, paddleboat, catch and release fishing, and swimming, our optional use shower house (there is a shower in your villa!), and game room (Coming Soon!) !

10/10- Our family loved everything about this rental and property. The RV was fully stocked with everything that we could possibly need. The covered deck area was appreciated as a shelter to still be outside while raining.There were so many activities to keep the kids occupied. We would love to stay in this unit, or any of the others on the property on our next visit!

So fun for kids

The property is well thought out. So many things to do on the property. We hiked in the morning and spent afternoon and evening relaxing in the hot tub, making smores, playing in the cave and creek, boating with the peddle boats, playing on the playground etc etc.

Definitely visit Pine Creek Villas again

I must admit at first i was a little apprehensive to stay in a RV. But this place was very nice and clean. It had pretty much everything we needed. I highly recommend Pine Creek Villas in hocking hills

Wonderful time.

Wonderful vacation spot

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Pine Creek Villas. The property is beautiful with a trail and cave towards the back. My family enjoyed having so many activities to choose from right on the property. There is a swimming pond, paddle boats, swing sets, disc golf course, volleyball and more. Options to upgrade your stay as well. My children enjoyed fishing and making smores over the campfire. The camper was well maintained and very comfortable. We loved being a quick 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills State Park. We highly recommend and will stay again next time we are in the area.

Fun weekend

We go on a girls weekend each year and we stayed here this year! It was a nice drive and easy to find. Our RV was the first one,there are 4 on the property but you are spread out,there was another group there and we didn't see them. My Mom got the big bed and my daughter (26) and I slept in the upstairs loft,it was small but it was super comfy and we had a lot of fun up there. The shower didn't get super hot but it really wasn't that big of a deal. We didn't use the hot tub but there was a qr code to scan to schedule your time which was cool. The clubhouse there was really nice,it had a pool table and chairs,a workout nook and seemed like a nice place to hang out. We didnt hike to the cave but we did walk down to the creek and it was very pretty and would be a nice place to read. We were able to watch our movies and make our snacks in the full kitchen. There were a lot of lady bugs around the upstairs beds,they didn't bother us but keep in mind you are in the woods;-) We would stay here again,it was a lot of fun.

Family Vacation

I highly recommend staying here. The property has so much to offer for kids and it’s a short drive from the famous Hocking Hills. We had a small issue with another tenant on our last night there and the property manager was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of with no complaints. The RV was perfect for the family with lots of room. Some areas of the RV were a little dirty and needed some deep cleaning but overall it was clean and ready for us when we got there. We will definitely be back one day.

Perfect for our granddaughters

Nicole and her family were fantastic! The swimming pound was one of the highlights for the girls! They had a slide, swim pad, floats and chairs for the adults!! Great location for all the Hocking hills hikes and adventures! Great place!

Wonderful gem at Hocking Hills!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! When we first arrived, we had some issues with the A/C in our camper. We contacted the hosts, and within minutes someone was onsite and problem solving the issue with us - even though they had a major life event happening, they took time out to assist us. They were WONDERFUL. While here, we spent our mornings hiking, and our afternoons lazing around and enjoying the property. Both of my kids spent ample time in the pond using the waterslide and swimming. My kids and husband spent hours doing the catch/release fishing. We explored the cave and the river. We played volleyball and we frisbee golfed. We spent HOURS sitting in our private lounge area reading, playing guitar, and spending time as a family. I also can't over-stress how wonderful the outdoor lounge was. It was my favorite spot on the property - a gorgeous table, couch, and ample covered seating. A grill for our personal use - it was amazing. My only suggestions for possible improvement: - Add more blankets in the camper (it can get quite cold at night) - Build up the wall between the Villa 1 lounge area and the main lounge area for added privacy for the Villa 1 guests. It got awkward for everyone when our family was lounging in our area, and other guests were trying to visit the main lounge.
