This is a 6 bedroom recreation property that will allow you and your guests their own privacy. Each room is designed as a suite, with its own full bathroom and large closet.
It also has plenty of common area in two separate livings rooms with 52-inch flat screen TV's. There is a loft area for children to play and sleep on the floor, or on one of the two futon couches.
A large family kitchen is fully stocked and there are two full-size refrigerators to accommodate large groups and family gatherings.
Have a drink and relax on the deck or patio while grilling on the BBQ, overlooking Bear Lake, and watching the kids play in the fully landscaped yard.
The location is about a block away from the beach but it does not have direct beach access. There is a jogging/biking trail just outside your front door that goes around the lake and your backyard is the beautiful Wasatch mountains.
This is a perfect location right in town, close to walking paths, shops, restaurants, and the famous Pickleville Playhouse and other recreational activities.
The Bear Lake Area has been called the 'Caribbean of the Rockies' because of its intense turquoise blue water.
The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or or ride ATV's on the many well-maintained trails. In the winter you can enjoy the"greatest snow on earth"as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski or snowshoe.
