Homestead Cottage with hot tub and trails

The Homestead cottage is a two-story timber frame cottage, combining the charm of rustic appearance with the convenience of fully-equipped modern amenities.

The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and tv. There is also one bathroom with a shower upstairs, attached to one of the bedrooms. The Homestead can comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 people (twin air mattress available if requested) and has central air-conditioning. All towels and linens are provided; we provide one bath towel set and one hot tub towel for each registered guest.

The Homestead contains a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, all necessary dishes, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and other miscellaneous features. There is also a living room with an HDTV for your streaming purposes. There is a DVD player with several DVDS, a love seat and a couch, and a gas fireplace (closes April 30th for the season) for the perfect cozy evening in. Flannel sheets are available upon request.

There is both local phone service and internet access for guests at the Homestead.

Outside the Homestead is a covered front porch, and a rear private deck. The rear deck also has a dining table and seating. There is a hot tub on the gazebo. Also available for outdoor use is a fire ring, with firewood available for purchase upon request. Near the fire ring is also charcoal grill with a cover.

Our daily rates cover up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night, which will be automatically added to your balance. Please complete the rental agreement, and note that Assure or other BNPL cards are not accepted for payment.
