On the ground floor, there is an exclusive bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette.

First floor: Here you will find two further bedrooms, each with an original tiled stove. One room has a large balcony. This floor also features a large, bright bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, as well as the kitchen with a large dining area for up to 14 people.

Second floor: The staircase leads to the large, open-plan living area. The large leather sofa converts into a bed for up to four additional guests. All modern amenities are provided: satellite/smart TV, stereo system, DVD player, PlayStation, and a home office area with a Windows PC. The living room is air-conditioned and additionally heated by a wood-burning stove. This floor also contains three further bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony and a crib.

Attic: The attic contains another bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and large bathtub.

Cellar vault: Here you'll find a party room with a comfortable couch, foosball table, pool table, darts, sound system, and projector. Ideal for relaxing with friends!
