"I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again ."

"We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay!
