A few hundred meters to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and a view from the Teufelsberg into the expanse of the sea.  Endless beach walks, bike tours, walks around the Kölpinsee. All shops are a few hundred meters away. By car to Swinoujscie in Poland and from there by ferry to Sweden. Technology museum in Peenemünde. Wonderful nature on the backwaters with unforgettable sunsets. Boat rental, golf, sailing, tennis.

The house has 2 double bed bedrooms, 1 single bed bedroom, 1 room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, spacious living-dining area with country kitchen, stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, espresso machine, washing machine, satellite, 3 TVs, internet access, Garden house sauna, large garden with 2 terraces (one of which is covered), garden furniture and loungers, beach chair, barbecue area, direct proximity to the beach and forest, very good infrastructure, all shops are nearby, good connection to the swimming pool. Adventure playground for children 200 m away. Two bicycles are available for our guests in the garden shed. The house is surrounded by a beautiful forest plot (1000sqm) with old trees. At 400 meters you are on the endlessly long and wide sandy beach. The location offers wonderful peace and relaxation. The Kaiserbäder Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck can be reached in 15 minutes by train or by car. The backwaters with their wonderful sunsets can be reached in 20 minutes by bike or on foot. The house is partly furnished with antiques. The beds and mattresses are of very high quality.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
