Welcome to your Lakehouse w/ all the amenities. Located in Lake of the woods which is a gated neighborhood, a reservation with us gets you access wonderful to 2 amenities including private Beaches in the community, full basketball court, golf course and community cafe/restaurant.
No Events without first receiving approval and registering guests

The home is lakefront, tastefully decorated nautical themed home. Brand new bedding, mattresses, furniture in a comfortable layout. Private lake access from your backyard. The home is professionally managed by me, an experienced Superhost for 3 years in a row w/ over 700 reviews.

Amenities guests can request:

1. Lake equipment rental package:

Kayaks, stand up board, and canoe are all available to you at for rent at $100/ per night for all access and can be accessed in the garage w/ a code ( garage is not for parking vehicles but driveway fits up to 6-7 regular size cars )

2. Hot tub

Hot tub is available for stay of 2 nights or more as it takes 1 day for it to heat up, $50 per night for hot tub fee but you won’t be charged for the first night if you request.

First floor:

Fully equipped w/ pots, bakeware, cups, glasses, coffee station ( keurig ), silverware, toaster, air fryer, and more.

Bedroom 1 w/ queen bed & pull out sofa bed (fitted sheets are required to used if sofa is slept on) smart tv

Bedroom 2 w/ 2 queen beds and smart tv

Bedroom 3 ( Master Bedroom) w/ King size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom w/ his and hers sinks. Also 2 big closets.

Basement:

Living Area features 2 queen size beds

Brown Sofa ( not for sleeping) & 4 contemporary linen chairs

75 inch smart tv w/ sound bar

Backyard:

String lights turn on at night for a cozy, warm, inviting feel for you and your whole family & friends

Firepit w/ logs provided but use no more than 5 logs per night. Bring extra from home if you think you’ll need more.
