"The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. "

"A beautiful cabin and a responsive, helpful host. One thing I do want to call out is that the listing's callout that you should have AWD/4WD is somewhat underselling the challenge of a few of the hills and turns. It's a 1.6 mile, single lane gravel road to the property, with two sharp downhill (or uphill, when leaving) turns. The quality of one of the hills in particular has a lot of deep grooves, probably from people going up it in wetter weather, that can make navigating a little challenging....

This lake Anna house provided us all of the amenities that we could hope for, with a group of 14, including children ranging from 1 - 13. "Amazing experience! Everything was clean and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything little that we needed for our stay! The host stopped by to welcome us and was very kind. Beautiful area and not too far from charlottesville where we were attending a concert. Would definitely love to come back to the area and spend some more time here and when we do I would definitely book here again! Or maybe we’ll end up re locating to the area in a few years! "
