Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (200x160 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (200x2x90 cm), a bathroom with double sinks and a shower, and a separate toilet with a sink.

Second living unit: On the ground floor, there is a small living room for reading and games, a shower, a toilet/sink, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (200x140 cm) and a gallery room with two single beds (190x90 cm).

The beautifully landscaped garden (southwest-facing) with a terrace is an ideal place to relax in the evening.

There is private parking for two cars on the property.
