The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking comfort and style.

On the ground floor, a large open-plan living and dining room of 40 m2 welcomes you with a flat screen TV, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to this space, a fully equipped open kitchen features a dining table and is fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Senseo capsules provided as an extra. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
