The house has a garage converted into a laundry room, ideal for storing your luggage and bicycles.



In the enclosed garden, a true asset of this house, you will be among shrubs and flowers, enjoying the garden lounge sheltered by a magnificent eucalyptus.

From the house, you can reach the beaches of Locmariaquer and the city centre shops by bike in 5 minutes. A strategic location, ideal for spending successful holidays in complete serenity.
