It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine with sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower) and a 700 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A mezzanine with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
