"Upgraded, large property with fantastic views and all the amenities a gathering would want. We had 12 adults & 6 kids (family & friends) enjoying the weekend of bbq, pool & games together. It was our first time visiting Lake Nacimiento but the house offers so many activities that we ended up not leaving it. There are many wineries in the area to explore so we did like that very much. The host & manager are great to communicate with before, during & after the stay. We cooked a lot & the kitchens...

"We never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Fully stocked with supplies, towels, dishes, coffee, spices, etc and everything clearly labeled. "

"Great location. Internet didn’t work. Private dock unavailable due to low water level at time of our visit. Lots of extra rules and fees when renting in the Oak Shores community."

"We had a great stay at this lakehouse! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were responsive and communicative throughout — no guesswork or stress, which we really appreciated. The paved boat ramp and launch made it simple to get our boat in and out, and the dock was solid and easy to access for swimming, tying up, or just relaxing by the water. Having paddleboards available was a fun bonus too. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an awesome time at this wonderful home and Property in Bradley CA. This property is historic. It used to be an old gas station way back in the day. The property is beautifully landscaped and has so many trinkets and antiques throughout. The great host/hosts spent a considerable amount of time decorating and making sure it was a perfect place for people to visit and enjoy. "This property was wonderful. We relaxed, played games and saw wild life. This trip was for our daughters birthday. I wish coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were provided. This is the first place I've stayed that didn't so we were not prepared with coffee. We also cleaned out the game drawer which was in total disarray but it gave the kids something to do! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you"

"Awesome housing conditions and beautiful view to boot! Everything was clean with comfortable rooms. One thing to note, would be that there is only one swamp cooler for the whole house. I would bring your own small air conditional for individual rooms to get the best coolness. I'd rent it any time!"

"This home was perfect for our family, grandparents, parents and children. There was plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the two living spaces, as the kids could hang out and do their thing. The deck was roomy as well. All in all a great time was had by the entire family. "
