O único ponto de atenção que comuniquei à gerência que prontamente se propôs a resolver, foi baixa velocidade de escoamento da pia do banheiro, talvez iniciando um entupimento."

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Byecross is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting and have loved our time there. The home is very welcoming and this is also reflected in the hosts fantastic communication. Outside space offers so much more than anywhere else I’ve stayed and means you never need to leave property as all there. We didn’t really want to leave and the size of the tv in lounge will be something my husband will be thinking about for a long time"

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."
