"Petticoat is a beautiful historic home. It's been updated but they did a wonderful job of keeping the home's original charm. I love all of the personal touches. The backyard is amazing and we spent most of our time there relaxing and hanging out. It's super close to Buffalo Trace and the cute shops in town. Thanks for a wonderful time!"

"Can’t stress enough how perfect this location is for the Bourbon trail! The little speakeasy in the basement is adorable. Very quiet neighborhood and close enough to the Capitol building to walk around. Host also left a gift card to Andy’s Bakery which became our morning go to for coffee and breakfast! We will be back for sure!!"

"WONDERFUL VRBO! Chelle was an excellent communicator: replied to our questions quickly, checked in with us during our stay making sure all was well, and made check out super easy! Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. "

"Owners were so friendly and helpful with questions about the area. The cabin and grounds were so quiet. The area felt very safe because you are actually on the owners' farm. The cabin has everything you need and is very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The owners left a cup of "goodies" so we could feed the animals. It was a perfect place to stay and close to Frankfort and many of the distilleries."

Plenty of room for our family of 16 to spread out and enjoy themselves. Quiet location with rolling green hills and fun sightings of deer and horses in the pasture across the road. Coffee on the screened porch in the mornings, with birdsong serenades, and frogs jumping around the pond down the hill....
