"Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. "This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for...

"This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. "
