The house comprises a bright and inviting living area with a lounge, TV corner, and comfortable dining space. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes cooking easy during your stay: a hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils are provided.

On the ground floor, you will also find a shower room and a separate WC.

Upstairs:
a first bedroom with a 160cm double bed,
a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed,
a third bedroom with two single beds,
and a second separate WC accessible via a few steps.
The real highlight of this house is its charming rooftop garden, accessible by stone steps, offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Loches Keep and the town's rooftops. A perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in peace and quiet.

Outdoor table + 6 chairs + 2 sun loungers (deck chairs)

Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided.

Located in the historic center of Loches, the house allows you to fully enjoy the charm of this medieval town, renowned for its keep, castle, markets, and pretty cobbled streets. Restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions are all within walking distance.

Loches train station is just a few minutes from the accommodation. You can also easily reach the main tourist attractions of Touraine by car.

Early arrivals or late departures are possible, subject to availability, with a supplement of €10 per hour.
