"This was an amazing location. The house itself is old and charming. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating in; beds were comfy, heaters warmed the rooms well, and the hot water in the shower helped relax after a long day of hiking. Guests should note that the ceilings upstairs are low and the staircase is steep and narrow. There is a downstairs bedroom if that is an issue. We absolutely recommend this house and the area. Don't miss Cafe 1925 in nearby Ardvasar!"

"I'm not sure why VRBO demands a skiing rating--we were there in Oct. But the pictures make this apartment feel much narrower than it is. It's very spacious with a big kitchen. Pretty well equipped except for a non-stick frying pan. Decent little co-op in Ballachulish. We spent each evening staring out at the amazing view and two days in a row touring Glen Coe and Glen Etive. Great landing spot with friendly, super-responsive hosts."

"This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful , spacious house, off the beaten path, on the beach, perfect for our group of 5 adults. Great kitchen with enough pots and pans for cooking and eating and storing food. Lovely rooms. pretty outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Beautiful sunsets. Loved sleeping to the sounds of waves rolling in and sheep calling out in the distance. Perfection! Long one lane drive off the main road."

"Great cottage with a lovely mix of the traditional and the new, with good kitchen facilities providing everything you need for cooking. The sun room was a lovely space for relaxing in the evening, watching the changing weather and the peace and tranquility of the location.
