"The whole stay was fantastic! The staff are ALL so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere when you walk in is warm. The breakfast was great plenty to choose from as well. The concierges are more than accommodating, the scenery and setting phenomenal. It was peaceful, the bar lounge is comfortable and a gorgeous view - even when it is raining! "The hotel was and all the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed an evening in the lounge/ bar area after a big day of hiking. The breakfast they served was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will look forward to returning!"

"Nice hotel, but the description on the website does not informs that the hotel has a separate facility where the rooms are located, so you have to check in, get out of the building, walk 50 meters, enter another building and go up to the room by stairs without any help from the staff. The room was very small, with a even smaller window and a even smaller TV (wich I would call a pc monitor). The bathrrom was small and not very well designed, so you can not use the toilet and have the door open at...

"We had a lovely stay earlier this month and were very impressed with the renovations that have recently been carried out in the hotel. We had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. We enjoyed a drink in the bar after our meal . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to stay at Pine Trees again soon. "
