This well-maintained residence is nestled in a quiet location, approximately 1,000 to 1,200 meters from the sea and the center of Loano, surrounded by a beautiful park and garden. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The complex consists of a main building and a smaller annex. The apartments have been partially renovated and most have a balcony or garden.

The apartment offers approximately 40 square meters of living space and is ideal for four adults and up to two children (up to 16 years old). It features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed – some also with a bunk bed. Some units have a furnished terrace or a small garden area (dehor).

Amenities include a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and toilet, a kitchenette with a gas stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating. A communal pool is available from April until around the end of September (weather permitting), as is a tennis court on site – ideal for family holidays on the Italian Riviera.
