"We can't fault our stay - the room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was great and the hosts were very helpful throughout. Perfect location for lots of local attractions. We stayed for 3 nights and climbed Yr Wyddfa one day (approx 40 mins drive), visited Betwys Y Coed (~20 mins) and Zip world (less than 5 min). Thank you!"

"Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons..."

"We had a pleasant stay, in a big and comfortable room. The location of the property is quiet and beautiful. The owners, Mike and Carrie are lovely. Certainly, we’d come back. "

"We were running late and I called and told them that we were going to be later than expected and the girl was so nice she told us that it was okay they were going to wait for us, we finally got there after 11pm and they were there waiting for us, she said they were concerned because of the road and it was raining and misty, they were so nice and friendly and the gentleman helped bringing our luggage upstairs. I give them 10/10. "

"A really great place to stay, this: not only a lovely setting handy for all sorts of attractions, but an interesting building ,itself, inside and out. Then, there’s the bedroom, en-suite and their attendant facilities — all excellent. But the best part is Mike & Sue, the hosts: very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and entertaining! "Absolutely incredible stay. The room was the cosiest - I could have slept for a week straight. The food was 12/10, massive portions and incredibly fresh. The best was the staff! Thanks all! From check in to check out, everyone was great to have a chat with. I can’t wait to come back. "
