The cosy and well-furnished Villa Malena is situated in the seaside village of Tolleric and is perfect for relaxing holidays with the whole family or groups of friends close to the beach. The 215 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony and nice views of the mountains in the back and the glistening blue sea in the front, while the private outdoor area on the ground floor will impress you with an open terrace, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners from the barbecue. The pool invites you to take refreshing swims surrounded by trees before going to the beach. From the property, it is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km) to the nearest supermarket in Badia Gran, where you will also find several seafood restaurants and cafés. The closest beach, Es Corb Marí, is a 6-minute drive (3 km) away, where you can swim in the clear blue water and bask in the sunbeds. The town of Llucmajor is a 20-minute drive (16.5 km) away, and the centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 25-minute drive (25 km), and the city’s airport is an 18-minute drive (19 km) away.
