Quiet Location by the Sea - Casa Es Pí

Just 30 meters from the sea, Casa Es Pí is located in a quiet corner on the outskirts of the small town of Llucmajor. This holiday home, built in typical Mallorcan style, offers you a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The house provides everything necessary for children, as well as Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a television. In the outdoor area, surrounded by pine trees, you can enjoy relaxing vacation days thanks to the cool sea breeze, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Within a 20-minute drive you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and Cala Pi, one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Mallorca.



It is important to note that on the completely independent upper floor live my mother with her partner, a cat, and a very small dog. For this reason, you are asked to be respectful and avoid making noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. A quiet period has been established from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; during these hours, if you wish to stay on the terrace, you can use the rear terrace and continue your activities as usual.
